The Greatest Story Larry’s Ever Heard

Hear Larry’s Uncle Harry’s bizarre, face to face confrontation with a Japanese soldier at the close of World War II.

Larry opens the show by admitting he doesn’t know how to dress properly for weather and is at fault for his own sleepiness. Hear about Larry’s “office on Venus” and how it made him sleepy for nine years.

Do you like it when Larry talks about vikings? Well, you will not be disappointed with this episode! Be an auditory witness as Larry segues from daylight saving time into vikings and King Phyrrus and slam, bang, pow, straight into the downside of Cinco De Mayo. It can’t be done, you say? Listen and be astounded.

And learn how Larry’s Aunt had her eyesight miraculously restored at the age of 72. (Spoiler alert — it wasn’t a miracle.)

Quote of the week: “It feels like someone just hit me with a rhino dart.”

    Larry!

Love the podcast, especially the digressions. It reminds me of the way my mother tells a story and always gives me a warm familiar glow.Keep it up, they just keep getting better.

Best episode yet. Loved the story about Uncle Harry. Amazing.
Something you could see happening in a Spielberg movie or Band Of Brothers.

Larry’s brother-in-law Roberto sounds like a wildman. No wonder he had to leave Argentina!

Always like it when Larry brings up a book or movie that his audience might like. And the Uncle Harry story was classic gold, of course it is the best story, ever!

    Larry,

You need to call the podcast, “BTW with Larry Miller”. “BTW”, btw, is a popular acronym used to say, “By the way”.

It is so fucking perfect; It’s general enough to make sense, a classic piece of internet culture, and more importantly, you love to say it!

Love the show bud -I hope it becomes a profit center for you and Adam.
